Part of living life consciously is to eat with reverence and appreciate food for what it is. Food Is Medicine.

Hari Sant love to create and be an artist in the kitchen.
She always cooks from her heart and intuition and she rarely use recipes. She apply principles from both Reiki and Ayurveda such as using the 6 tastes– Sweet, Sour, Salty, Pungent (spicy), Bitter, Astringent. “Our taste buds do much more than simply identify tastes. They also unlock the nutritional value of foods and kick-start the digestion process”.
Hari Sant heal and blesses the food she is making with the healing universal energy Reiki. She makes sure that she is calm and balanced, and she prepares food with love and care.

She’s been a vegan since 2016. It all started when she was hired at an Ashram in Guatemala to cook strictly vegan food without garlic, onion and hot spices.  She learned how to bring out the best in each ingredient without masking the food with strong flavors.

Hari Sant’s interest for food inspired her to study the relationship with food, plant medicine and yoga. She loves to inspire and motivate women to cook plant-based food filled with prana (the lifeforce energy).
Hari Sant uses organic local vegetables as much as possible and she loves to study the seasons and eat accordingly.
“As women we are cyclical beings and we will increase our vibration when we are tuned into our body and our connection to Mother Earth. What we eat, when we eat and how we eat play such important role in our vitality”.

Hari Sant studied plant based and vegan food through her own journey- traveling and assisting vegan and raw food chefs and with her 20 years’ experience in the restaurant industry she has gathered lot of knowledge for the kitchen.
Hari Sant is available to cook at Yoga Retreats, Events, Courses and Gatherings.
She also offers mindful eating workshops for groups of 6 or more.
