As a passionate vegan chef, HariSant creates nourishing, plant- based meals with love, blending Ayurvedic principles and seasonal ingredients to support vitality and well-being. Each dish is crafted not only to feed the body but to nourish the soul.
Her core practice includes using the six tastes—Sweet, Sour, Salty, Pungent, Bitter, and Astringent—to unlock the full nutritional potential of food and activate digestion. “Our taste buds do more than detect flavours—they activate the nutritional essence of our food, preparing our bodies for optimal digestion.”
Since embracing a vegan lifestyle in 2016, HariSant’s culinary journey began at an Ashram in Guatemala, where she learned to highlight the natural flavours of each ingredient without overwhelming them. Her love for food led her to study the deep connection between food, Ayurveda, and yoga, and she is dedicated to helping women cultivate a healthy, balanced relationship with nourishment.
