Your yoga practice becomes your mirror, reflecting where you are in the moment — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It shows parts of you where you lack love, and where you’re  already strong. And just as your body responds to the consistency of the practice, so does the spirit respond to your dedication and intention behind it.


The essence of meditation is being willing to rest with yourself, to be with yourself just as you are, and not to rush to fix or change anything.
